Local shipping
All the orders placed on or before 12 PM are processed and delivered on the same day. Orders placed post 12 PM shall be delivered on the next day. Our team tries hard to ensure smooth and seamless deliveries across all days of the week. Please expect some delays in case of a very high volume of orders. Currently we ship only in the Mumbai Metropolitan region (MMR). On account of COVID-19 pandemic, please expect a delay in delivery. Billing
All our orders are billed and accounted for. We shall provide bills for the orders delivered to you. We always encourage our customers to insist on eInvoices as a part of our go green initiative to reduce wastage of paper.
Returns policy
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that we sell are not eligible for returns.

Please mention your order number, date of purchase, and email address so we can look up your order on our end.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
